Artist's Comments

Some plant by the coast in Wales. I really wanted to capture the sunset, but lacking interesting subjects I thought I'd do a macro-esque type picture.

I think it works better like this. Cos it need not be the sunset behind this, i thought it might be a campfire or something first of all. It really makes me think of a decadent summer evening, watching the sun fall and enjoying company :) sitting of the grass and stuff. It's really great how you managed to get the detail in the dandelion clock - sharp lines and interesting shapes against the blurred sun. It's just brilliant. :D

Thank you! I'd love to enjoy the grass but since I am allergic to the buggers, my skin gets all... itchy. Lucky I'm taking my meds so at least I'm sneezing my guts out. (Nice eh?)
I'm glad it evoked that sense of summer for you, since that was the general atmosphere during the shot (we had a lovely BBQ down my the beach!)

I think this is better than a regular old sunset. ;)

<newklear> I love how this room is 83% homosexual connotation, 8% conspiracy, 5% BEWBS, and 4% actual talking.

Why thank you :D 'Tis quite pretty, and I'm glad it worked out.
